Traditional Middle Eastern Marinate
This is a very nice appetizer, but may also be used as a light lunch.
As an appetizer, it serves nicely with broiled Halibut or steak.
As a light lunch, serve with 5 or 6 crackers.
This savory main dish is low in calories and very tasty, with an Italian overtone in flavor. The amounts of Bell Pepper and Sweet Onion used depends on individual tastes.
This dish serves nicely with steamed asparagus and saffron rice.
