This is a quick, homemade sauce (from my mother's recipe box). Can be substituted for taco meat, as well.
Prep and cook time is not exact, depending on your bread machine.
I sometimes make these for my family....but NOT very often. These are not light, by any means. Very indulgent!!!
This has regular mayo - can use light or fat free and almonds instead of pecans to make a lighter version
These are very yummy for a special treat! Prep time includes bread machine time. Once machine is finished, it's about 25 min. prep and 25 min. bake time
Low - almost no - fat mexican dip! Tastes GREAT with baked tortillas or rolled into a warm flour tortilla.
This is usually my "post workout" breakfast. I needed to add addtional protein, as well as simple carbs (honey) but not the extra fat. This is a great way to add 20g of protein- tasty, too!
