filling fall soup/gravy

this soup is created in a crock pot on low simmer for 6 hours then you can eat for soup or add protein for stew and blend to use as gravy it is so delicious

goat cheese stuffed peppers

cut and seed peppers in half
fill with 1 tsp salad dressing
top with 1-2 tsp goat cheese
then sprinkle cranberries(approx 4-5)on each half
and then 1 tsp of crushed almonds on top
