So sweet and delicious you think you are cheating!
Substitute half whole wheat flour.
I add a a tiny sprinkle of mini chocolate chips for a light sweetness.
Great in Summer when you don't want to heat up your house :)
This is NOT a low calorie meal, but a hearty, protein packed one. I calculated it to serve 6 because we are big meat eaters, but you can slim it down by eating a smaller serving of meat, no extra "gravy" and lots of veggies on the side.
