The big breakfast bake

This is what I make on a Sunday for my weekday breakfasts. I cut into six slices, and freeze and then reheat each day for a quick and tasty breakfast that is high in protein.
I have used nutritional info for ingredients that are readily available in the UK so you may need to alter for US ingredients. The sausages I use are flavored vegetarian ones, really tasty, but low in fat.
