An adaptation from the NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership School) Cookery.
It is the spicy peanut butter sauce that makes this light spaghetti dish an excellent on...in the backcountry or frontcountry...hot or cold.
It is simple. And delicious.
It's more like oatmeal than granola but it tastes great with yogurt or milk! I put it with low-fat vanilla yogurt and put blueberries and strawberries on top.
Delicious granola! Especially with light vanilla yogurt!
A Healthy Way to do MEXICAN!
CPK Salads are delish. Find the ingredients on their website and make it at home! :)
This salad is delicious enough to eat without dressing. 2 Tbsp of Ranch dressing adds a lot of unnecessary dairy fat. I put 1/4avocado on my salad which adds 72 calories and 7 grams of fat.
