I found this recipe originally on the blog Carrots'N'Cake (http://carrotsncake.com/). It is a grain-free, dairy-free recipe. It's not exactly like traditional wheat pancakes but is a delicious substitute!
I was looking for a replacement for candy bars and found it! Be careful because they are delicious but high in calories from all the nuts.
A quick and easy healthy version of chicken fajitas without the tortilla shells. This recipe is Paleo-friendly.
This makes a very large batch, at least 3 loaves. Butterless and oil-free. Very delicious and thick bread!
I threw this recipe together based on a Banana bread recipe from the Eat Clean Diet Cookbook. I didn't measure everything but this is the general idea and should work fine. Enjoy!
This was about basic ingredients and a simple way to use butternut squash. I didn't measure anything but tried to estimate.
This meal can be made either as a casserole or as stuffed zucchini. The zucchini have to be rather large in order to be stuffed but by dicing the zucchini and mixing in a casserole dish, the same flavors can be achieved. The mix almost gives a feeling of sausage instead of ground turkey and Italian seasoning. Turkey sausage (out of the casing and treated like ground meat) can be substituted and the seasoning left out if desired.

Basic Recipe for Chicken Parmigiana
This is a great way to get extra veggies in for the day. The soup is very bland so season to taste.
I just threw this together and it is really an amazing dish. It was easy to make but took a long time. To cut down the time, use brown rice in place of wild rice but it will cut down on the nutty flavor that made this dish so good!
A simple one-dish wonder. Very easy to prepare and cook!
I threw this salad together for a barbecue and it was a hit! The measurements aren't exact since I didn't measure when I made it. I just guessed on the ratios. Use any type of mustard you like. I just used yellow because it was what I had. It might also take good if you add corn or orange peppers to it.
