Spicy Korean Soft Tofu Stew (Soondubuchigae)

Included 1/4 cup kimchi and 4 large shrimps. Also used 1 hot chilli pepper as opposed to the red pepper powder. This tofu stew can be made completely mild to very spicy. Use less/more pepper if necessary.

Uncoagulated tofu is usually sold in tubes, but you can use silken tofu if you can't find the really soft stuff. Just slice it into small cubes and cook as directed.
