Egg cups made in the sous vide. You can add bacon, mushrooms, or other ingredients if desired, this is the base recipe that I used which includes 3 cheese cubes. I usually whip up a batch of these on Sunday afternoon so I can have a quick afternoon snack at work during the week. Try not to overheat them in the microwave as they will take back on the "eggy" texture and not be as creamy as fresh out of the sous vide, one minute is usually sufficient depending on the wattage of the microwave.
I had a ton of cucumbers from my garden and picked up some peaches at the farmers market, I came up with this to use the over abundance. :)
Soup full of veggies and beef...goes great with crackers.
