Calculations are for plain muffins, however I add fruit or sometimes just some cinnamon in the batter. You'd have to add the extra for those calculations.

My daughter made this for me. It uses coconut oil. I detest coconut, however in this recipe it's delicious. Great hot or cold. Never would have tried if I had read the ingredients , but oh it's sooooo good.

made with lowfat cream cheese, lowfat sour cream and part skim mozzarella cheeses. To reduce calories further you could use whole wheat or dreamfield lasagna and no fat cheeses.

apple waldorf lowfat salad

easy to make and good for you too! Great to bring as a side dish to a potluck and no guilt because it's good for you. Leave out the nuts and even less fat.

replaces half the oil with applesauce. replaces sugar with baking splenda
