Low Fat Version
This recipe was taken from a light recipe I found online and adapted to a weightloss friendly one and I won a bake-off contest at work with it.
This Recipe came from a friend who hosts a weight loss cooking support group at her home, it is really a very tasty alternative to regular pancakes.
Took from a couple of other recipes and combined the ingredients I liked best, this came out really good. . .
Totally a yummy "meal" or a side dish. Relatively low in fat and definitely low carb.
Low Fat w/Low Carb Pasta
A pretty good healthy substitute, sugar free and no wheat products. The breakdown for calculating purposes was difficult to get accurate due to limitations of site, but are fairly accurate with exception to walnuts which I could not get 1/2 cup measurements for. . . so there is less fat than stated, since only using 1/2 the walnuts
An old but good recipe that is low in fat, carbs and just plain old yummy, can also be made stuffed with veggies or potatoes as something dressier
Easy, healthy and oh so yummy
I have used this recipe for years, also good to use with a frozen bag of french style greenbeans as a low carb meal
Easy solution to having your pizza without the dough. . . good source of protein, fat content under 10 grams per serving and getting a healthy dose of iron in a tasteful fashion
My version contains low sodium Swanson's broth, Turkey meatballs and no pasta
My version of something I've had in restaurants and loved, this is a healthier, totally baked version. I calculated above as best I could in order to figure out the approximate nutritional info on this recipe for 6 servings, however I think the calculations are on the high end.
This one dish meal is easy, quick and very weight loss friendly (low fat, low carb, high protein)
