Breakfast smoothie

This is all a very flexible recipe. I often do more or less of everything. I use the Slim Fast powder, not the shake. Things I add sometimes: peanut butter, flax seed, etc. I mostly wanted to know how many calories I ingest. 1 smoothie is usually enough to last me the morning, although sometimes I have an egg to go with it.
