Modified this recipe from one I got off of a Weight Watchers message board several years ago. The original recipe called for green and yellow peppers to be sauteed with the Canadian bacon, but our household is not a fan of peppers, so I leave them out. Feel free to add them back in if you'd like.
Yes, it's high in sodium, so it's an occasional treat. But, very yummy and easy
