Can be used with chicken that has been pan fried first. I like to use the whole can of tomatoes. This sauce can be made while the meat is pan frying or can be made ahead of cooking time and only takes a few minutes. Once the chicken has been pan fried on both sides, add sauce and cover, leave on a medium heat until sauce is fully heated through.
