Inspired by Elie Krieger. May need to add more or less lemon juice to taste. Can use lowfat buttermilk in place of the milk and lemon juice.
Quick weekend breakfast. Add other veggies to get more of your "5 a day".
Once cooked, these oats are a blank slate for all sorts of flavor combinations. My favorite is peanut butter, banana and honey. This recipe will not work with old-fashioned oats. They become too soft.
