Meatless Loaf

Individual-sized loaves can be frozen to be cooked at a later time. Freeze in muffin tins. Once frozen, remove from tins and store in a freezer bag.

Turk'y Salad

Just like Mom used to make, only vegan! Vegetarian "chicken" pieces or cubed tofu can be substituted for the Quorn Roast with good results.

Creamed Beet Greens

Easily "veganized" by replacing butter with oil/soy margarine. Tastes great as a side dish, or serve it over toast with your choice of protein (I like Quorn Turk'y Roast).
