Easy pork chop recipe
Fast and easy. Swap out the black beans for a low sodium variety. Can also use the lower sodium variety of the taco seasoning. And if you wish, add a lower fat cheese.
Originally Vegan, gluten-free, oil free, & soy free. I used 1% milk. The original recipe calls for Almond milk or a non dairy milk of choice.
Nice light lunch
Easy and less than 4 hours
Add 1/2 c. ice to blender
Remember to add 2 c. of ice to blender
