Biscuits-Homemade with Complete Pancake Mix

I used the Daily Chef brand complete buttermilk pancake mix. I am sure most brands would be the same. Also, this is making 18 biscuits so if you make them larger or smaller you will need to adjust the numbers.

Homemade Soup-Country Style

This is a great comfort food that makes a lot. It can be eaten as a meal, carried in your lunch and reheated in the microwave, etc.. Quick, easy, very healthy.

Beef Stroganoff-Semi Homemade

I use the packaged Bear Creek Country Kitchens Beef Stroganoff recipe and add to it to make a delicious full meal dish.

Mexican Chopped Salad

A great versatile meal salad. You can add or take away ingredients to your liking.

Breakfast Bowl-or can be Breakfast Taco

This not only is a great breakfast bowl but you can serve it on a hot flour tortilla with some cheese and a little salsa and have a great breakfast taco.

Fruit Salad-Homemade

This is mostly fresh fruit. When fruit is not in season you must use frozen or canned.

Bean and Cheese Nachos

This is a great version of the Mexican classic.

Broccoli/Cabbage Cole Slaw

Great healthy side dish.

Tuna Salad-Old Fashion and Good For You

This is good as a sandwich, on crackers or on top of a salad.

Quck and Easy Chicken and Vegetable Soup

This is so quick and so simple. You get protein, low carbs, and your vegetables. Of course you can mix and match as you like. Add spices, extra items such as mushrooms, broccoli, etc..

Hearty Meal Salad

Obviously you can add to or take away items as your taste requires. I have a great dressing that I use that is also on my recipe list as Chef Salad Dressing-Low Fat

Fried Apples (like Cracker Barrel)

These are a healthy version of the delicious fried apples like you get at Cracker Barrel.

This is a great breakfast for diabetics to reduce the carbs and get a good breakfast.
