I used the Daily Chef brand complete buttermilk pancake mix. I am sure most brands would be the same. Also, this is making 18 biscuits so if you make them larger or smaller you will need to adjust the numbers.
This is a great comfort food that makes a lot. It can be eaten as a meal, carried in your lunch and reheated in the microwave, etc.. Quick, easy, very healthy.
I use the packaged Bear Creek Country Kitchens Beef Stroganoff recipe and add to it to make a delicious full meal dish.
A great versatile meal salad. You can add or take away ingredients to your liking.

These are a healthy version of the delicious fried apples like you get at Cracker Barrel.

A lower carb, lower fat version of the Pasta E Fagioli from that big Italian restaurant chain.

This is just like the squash casserole you would get at the Blackeyed Pea Restaurant.

Great filling meal.
Great breakfast. They can be made and refrigerated in a flour tortilla for a couple of days and microwave to heat before eating.

This is a great dessert that is very low in fat and calories.
Easy to make from scratch.
This is a family favorite and can be prepared in minutes. Serve with some pinto beans and cornbread.
