Still a little heavy, but the 1% milk and vinegar as a substitute for buttermilk lightens it up a lot. To further cut calories, reduce sugar to 2/3 of a cup or even a half a cup and sub the butter with margerine.
Delicious and low in calories. To knock it down even further, sub the cream cheese for low fat cream cheese...the cheese for low fat or fat free, and use a smaller tortilla. YUM!
Chunky and Fiber-licious! Easy to make! I prefer the slow cooker, but stovetop is fine for those who do not own a slowcooker.

Although it sounds very high in calories, it is very filling and can be eaten alone and be a very satisfying dinner or lunch. You can use any variety of flatbread or naan bread, but make sure you have a George Foreman or any other type of grill, to give the recipe the warmth and crispyness it needs.
