These muffins are very pumpkin-y! Dense like a quick bread, moist, and a satisfying snack with good-for-you ingredients.

Use any kind of beans: Garbanzo, pinto, cannellini, northern white, black....Just make sure you use three cans.

I'm likely to reduce the oil and pesto to reduce the calories and fat.
