You can use any of your favourite dry cereals, and add more or less of the spices. You can use any of your favourite dried fruits. This recipe contains almonds. You can omit the Honey Nut Cheerios.

Homestyle Hamburgers

I did not include condiments or your choice of buns as everyone's preferences are different. Adding a small slice of cheese, tomato and lettuce takes this burger to the next level.

Delicious Whole Wheat Pancakes

You can adjust the amount of cinnamon and nutmeg to your tastes.

Red Lentil Chilli

This is delicious served over brown rice, or barley. This is spicy, you can cut all the spices in half if you are not used to spicy foods. Serving over rice also seems to cut down on the spice.

Chana Masala

Delicious served over brown rice or barley.

Meatless Spaghetti

You can use your favorite type of bean. It will change the nutritional info a bit.

Raspberry Sauce

Delicious served over chocolate cake or a cheesecake.

Quick Banana Loaf

Very quick to get into the pan. The trick is to not over mix the batter at the end.

Homestyle Country Corn Chowder

If you want to make this soup "creamier" and not use cream, just cream up 1 cup of cooked rice until smooth and stir in with the corn. Also delicious with 1 cup of cooked chicken or turkey added. (You would have to adjust nutritional info for these suggestions.)

My Secret Crispy Shake & Bake Chicken

This can also be used for making chicken fingers or nuggets. You can substitute 4 chicken things in place of the breasts. Wonderful with a large spinach salad on the side.

Spinach & Curry Rice Pilaf

You can adjust the curry to your own taste.

Fish Florentine

You can choose to pan fry the fish, or to cut fat you can oven bake or broil. Also, omit the cheese if you like, or use your favorite.

Easy Alfredo Sauce

You can choose the amount of onion, garlic and pepper you use. Serve over your choice of pasta.

Soft Whole Wheat Bread

Very delicious and soft bread, with minimal work. Adding milk, or milk powder leaves the crust nice and soft.

Very quick and easy, and tastes great even if you omit the salt
