I did not include condiments or your choice of buns as everyone's preferences are different. Adding a small slice of cheese, tomato and lettuce takes this burger to the next level.
You can adjust the amount of cinnamon and nutmeg to your tastes.
This is delicious served over brown rice, or barley. This is spicy, you can cut all the spices in half if you are not used to spicy foods. Serving over rice also seems to cut down on the spice.
