A simple and delicious breakfast treat.
This recipe was sent to me from a friend...I am not sure where she got it from...I altered the recipe slightly by using half regular flour and half whole wheat to make the texture more pleasing. I also used strawberry and raspberry preserves for this recipe. Because there is no sugar added to dough, the key is going to be getting the fruit filling to dough ratio satsifactory.
I literally just pulled from the cabinet and this is what came to fruition...
My version of this tastey casserole. Using beef will change the nutrition facts. Venison is much leaner and leaves no grease.
A delicious combination of things I had in the kitchen. I often use cube steak instead of round which may or may not change the calculations slightly.
