Halloween Mix

Heat pumpkin seeds in a skillet with the olive oil and a sprinkle of salt. Stir constantly. Remove from heat when seeds brown and start to pop. Let cool.

Combine cooled pumpkin seeds and all other ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir together. Serve!

I *love* brownies, but I don't love the fat and calories that are packed into them. I wanted to find a quick way to make yummy brownies that are healthy--or at least more healthy than the usual box mix! These are fast and simple to make. All you need is a box mix (any kind), eggs, bananas and a little ground flax seed. Bake and enjoy!
