Preheat oven to 350 degrees and have a 9 x 13" pan ready.
I find the longer you let it set a bit after cooking, the better it holds together for leftovers! Very easy and very satisfying.
One pan, quick, easy and satisfying. Makes great leftovers too! You can adjust the seasoning to your taste. You can also adjust the vegetables, add legumes, etc., and just adjust the calorie count.
