Beat the hunger with this warm,healthy, low fat yummy cookie Snack.

vegetable soup

chop all vegetables ,with a heated oil in a large pot put the onions ,chopped cabbage and cauliflower,for 5 minutes then add all other ingredients,mixing them continuously,then add tomato sauce and water to cover all the vegges ,leave it at very low heat for about 60-90 minutes .Divide it in small containers and freeze the rest.
