Quick fix Broccoli Cheese Soup. Makes 2 1.5 cup servings. A little high on the calories....but this soup is hearty enough to make a meal.
4 - 1/2 cup servings
Way too much going on in this dish! Next time I will serve the sauce over thick rosemary and olive oil toast points and have asparagus and mushrooms on the side maybe, but no eggs.

I am a Pescetarian. Kind of a Vegetarian who eats fish. My family eats meat, but it has to be organic for me to even consider cooking it, and I prefer local! Our food is low fat and real! It is green / organic / whole / local whenever we can.........and darn good!
