Like the name says it's turkey Soup. It is HCG VLCD safe, and very tasty.
It's also low salt and sugar free.
Fat Free Yogurt made in a crock pot.
It's WAY easier than you think it will be. And you don't need any special equipment .
You get a wholesome, great for you yogurt without the gelatin, starch or artificial preservatives. Plus you get to say I made it myself!!
If you use fresh beans and vegetables it takes a bit longer to cook, but it lowers the calories and sodium.
A very simple but filling soup. Warms the body and feeds it too.
My Kids even eat this one and like it. I tell them it's Charlie Bucket's cabbage soup (like in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory)
My kids' favorite cold weather dinner. They get a full serving of veggies without even knowing it.
*Hint: be careful of the amount of salt you add into this soup, the hot dogs can make this soup too salty, depending on the type and brand of hot dogs you use.
Delightfully sweet treat! Makes a nice Low sugar/ High protein snack or dessert.
No baking, so it's fast and easy too!
Crispy brown on the bottom, light and soft on the top, these wonton dumplings are worth the effort.
This recipe works well for Phase 3 of the HCG Diet or any low carb diet.
