This is an easy, lo-cal soup to make with lots of antioxidants to protect you during cold and flu season. Depending on how spicy you like it, you can increase or decrease the amounts of white and cayanne (red) pepper.
A delicious and quick meal for lunch or dinner. Freezes great!
This is good ol' fashioned chicken and rice soup that I modified to make it a bit healthier.
