An asian twist on an old-fashioned favorite. If you buy the pre-shredded cabbage, this recipe is a cinch to throw together and a crowd favorite! Being that it's mayonnnaise-free, this is a great summer barbeque and hot-weather-friendly side dish!
Great quick dinner. Makes 3 large (1.5 cup) servings or can be stretched to 4. Serve over steamed brown rice for a complete meal.
This recipe makes for a medium spicy dish. You can make it less spicy by reducing the amount of curry paste you use, or make it more spicy by using more curry paste or add crushed red pepper flakes at the beginning.
This soup is so tasty. It's so simple and makes 7 1-cup servings. Perfect to warm you up on a cold day. The garlic is the best part so don't skimp. You can always skip the chives. Grated parmesan is a nice topper, too.
Great for sandwiches or over a bed of lettuce for a light lunch. Makes 3 1-cup servings (about 3+ oz chicken each).
Set it and forget it! This is delicious and it's easy to tailor to your liking. Choose mild taco seasoning and salsa and omit the jalapenos if you don't like spicy food (or substitute green bell pepper for the jalapeno). Choose medium/hot taco seasoning and salsa if you like spicy food. Even sprinkle some dried chili flakes into the slow cooker if you want added heat.
This recipe makes enough to serve for a crowd but is easy to cut in half and just use 1 tenderloin.
Serving options are limitless...wrap in a whole grain tortilla with low-fat cheese and rice, put over a salad with avocado, pair it with your favorite hot sauce and eat it by itself...it's delicious. Enjoy.
