Shrimp and Squid in Spicy Soy Honey Marinade

Slice red chili pepper and remove seeds. Put Shrimps and Squid in a bowl. Add Red Chili Peppers, Soy Sauce, Lemon Juice and Honey. Mix well and allow to marinate. Minimum 30 minutes, I tend to do overnight.

Take a frying pan, and spray some olive oil. Cook Shrimps and Squid until ready, adding some of the marinade to keep moist.

Voila and enjoy!

Quiche Dukarraine

A Dukan twist of the traditional Quiche Lorraine. The version here is applicable to PP, PV, Attack (if you are in Attack pay attention to the Oat Bran Daily Allowance!!!
For a PV twist add mushrooms or other version, experiment!

Dukan Cheesecake

Oat Bran Crusted Cheesecake. Suitable for PP, PV. This recipe is based on a two tablespoon Oat Bran Allowance, if you are on Attack you have to adapt 1.4 tbsp Oat Bran Allowance per serving. So please modify the water accordingly.
