Could easily be made into different flavours, depending on which extract you use. Maple is really good! Under 20 calories a cookie!
Homemade Granola. Is there anything better? I make mine with organic oats and cranberries. Could take it even further by using organic brown sugar too, but I didn't go that far. :-) Delicious served with milk for breakfast but I love it with yogurt for lunch.
Can totally be changed by adjusting seasoning to your taste.
I serve this over any pasta or wherever a creamy sauce is desired. I particularly enjoy it with my Ricotta Gnocchi (posted in my cookbook as well).
Delicious and lighter than traditional potato gnocchi. Makes 6 generous servings, but could be served with a salad in smaller quantities. Adjust nutritional count accordingly. Also, feel free to use more or less seasonings. My family likes a lot. :-)

I used both whole wheat flour and white bread flour to keep these buns fluffy and light while still being healthier than plain white buns. Prep time listed doesn't include time that the bread maker mixes the dough.
Similar to other non fat recipes but this one uses a bit of fat which helps with the texture.
Generous serving for low calories for a dessert. Feel free to serve in smaller amounts for lower calories.
