High fibre low cal chili also high in folate
This salad truly substitutes for potatoe salad. If you didn't know it was made of cauliflower you would probaly first think it was a traditional potatoe salad.

very thick and flavourful I use up leftover roast beef, potatoes and veggies.
This is a batch recipe so don't be afraid of the calorie count each serving gets broken down into 4 to 12 more servings depending on the recipe. I will add these to my cook book which I will name "A Medley of Mixes" so you can find it.
High in sodium but ham always is.
A nice slow cooker meal.
I used whole eggs but you can use egg substitute to reduce the cholesterol if you want.
This is a really thick filling soup.
Fast easy breakfast that you can wrap in wax paper and take with you. ( Great for teenagers on the run)
