Pineapple Celery Yogurt Smoothie

My made up smoothie that is delicious & nutritious. FRS orange powder is a vitamin suppliment, you could substitute the orange powder and water for a cup of orange juice. The protein isolate is also a suppliment, you could use powdered milk to make the recipe creamier but it could also be eliminated. That would also make the smoothie quite a bit lower in calories.

Tuna Spread

Great to spread in pita pockets, crackers, veggie dip or fill a baked potato. I also like it to fill a celery stick.

Fresh Cranberry Sauce

A great low fat, low calorie way to get in some fresh fruit into your diet. I love this better than candy! Hope you like it too.

Bell and Banana Pepper tomato sauce

Mild hot, great over spaghetti, mixed in chilli or sloppy joes. I love it over shirataki noodles.

Orange tofu smoothie Version 2

I just love the flavor of this drink. Using the orange rind really gives an intense orange flavor plus some extra fiber. Of course this is optional or just use a Tablespoon or 2 of grated rind. With 6 almonds to round a good Zone meal. I prefer to have for breakfast or lunch. You need a REALLY GOOD blender to pulverize the rind. This would also be good with other frozen fruit, i.e., pineapple, strawberries, cantaloupe. Use your imagination.

Orange tofu smoothie Version 1

A nutritious, filling smoothie. Great served with a whole grain low fat muffin. Keeps me going all morning. You can find FRS healthy energy powder at GNC or online, it's WONDERFUL stuff!

Skinny Sloppy Joes

Found this recipe at "Gina's Weight Watchers Recipes". I have changed the main ingredient (beef sirloin) to TVP plus a couple of other small changes.

Jello Tofu pudding

An experiment that I thought turned out pretty tasty. Use any flavor that you like. If you need added protein stir in protein powder while making or add cottage cheese or yogurt swirled in when eating. I didn't figure into the basic recipe for calorie sake.

Sweet Tofu Dressing

A nice dressing I came up with to go on a cabbage / apple salad. Would also be good on a fruit salad.

Fruit Sauce Blueberry Raspberry or Strawberry

Made specifically to put on tofu custard pie, but would also be good on pancakes, crepes or cheesecake. I've made this with raspberries and it was very good.

Shirataki Noodle meets the farm

This is a re-do of a recipe I found on line. I changed the ingredients so much from the original recipe I wanted to post it here so as not to loose it. Would also be good with some dice chicken added. I eat the whole dish as a meal but this could be halved, especially if adding chicken.

Tofu-Egg Custard Pie

This is a delicious custard pie recipe I found on line. I wish I could remember the website. So quick and easy to prepare. Do not use tofu packaged in water, it will be watery after chilling. (This is according to the author)
