I like this, because I am allergic to tomatoes, and cannot eat most chili recipes. This one is also good, because it has a secret ingredient, dry cocoa, which makes it really good.
This is my version of a fiber blend like metamucel. No sugar or anything artificial. The spices each have a health benefit for the colon. I take I tablespoon a day in a glass of water with about 1 oz of juice. All ingredients should be finely ground.
