From my WW leader - each 1 cup serving is 1 point in the Momentum plan.
From the Taste At Home collection: I often use the empty squash shells as serving dishes for this unique side dish. The bacon complements the squash and Swiss cheese combination nicely. It's attractive and fun to eat! -Jean Williams Stillwater, Oklahoma

This recipe is from Pillsbury.com. I substituted egg substitute for the 4 eggs, and 2% shredded cheddar cheese for regular, to reduce calories, fat and cholesterol. Yummy and great for lunches.
