quick and easy mug cake
This is a high protein, no sugars added, quick low calorie dessert, but it is NOT super sweet--its kind of a healthy alternative to the higher calorie desserts out there. This is not the sweetest and I am sure there are a lot of variations you can do to it, but it was my version of a low carb, gluten free, high protein, sugar free mug cake and it was really easy. It's not super sweet, so that is important to know, but someone who is not used to treating themselves will find this very satisfying.
This is my version of a side salad or meal replacement, high in fiber and a little sweet and sour.
