This is a low-fat pigs in a blanket recipe. I usually use Hebrew National 97% fat free hot dogs, but if you like to avoid red meat, Tofu Pups are good and only add 10 calories to a serving. Cheese is optional! :)

I make this when I want pumpkin pie, but don't want to want to wait! You can dress it up with vanilla and other flavors, but I keep it really simple so it doesn't take me any time to make. I don't even use the spices half the time!

High Fiber/Protein, Low Fat Greek yogurt parfait

This parfait is packed with fiber and protein. Plus, the fruit gives you a day's value of vitamin C! I use a fair amount of splenda since I like it sweet, but that's preference!
