yummy butternut squash soup. . .. with a hint of spice

Berrietastic smoothy

add ingredients and 1 cup ice cubes to blender and blend until smooth. If you want a sweeter taste then add 1 -2 tbs honey

Self Curry Tuna Salad

They use light mayo but the rest of my family does not like or buy it so that is why I use regular.

Self also adds cellary to this but since I do not like cellary I dont.

I like to top this with some 2 cups shreaded romain lettuce. . .no dressing needed.
