great low calorie and low sodium spaghetti sauce
this was made for us for dinner so had to get as close as I could to the nutritional info that the recipe provided.
I used lower sodium tomatoes and lentils to decrease the sodium as much as possible.
This recipe uses parmesan cheese in place of the bread crumbs.
I am not a veggie person so am trying to get in more veggies so I came up with this version. I hope you like it as much as I do.
I came up with this simple recipe as my hubby was hungry for salmon patties but didn't want to spend the high price for the gluten free bread crumbs so I improvised.
This is as close as I can find to a local restaraunt and needed to know calorie intake so modified a recipe found at recipe source.
