Since I've been introduced to Whey Low Sugar I am obsessed with baking everything under the sun with it. Finally a real low calorie SUGAR (yes SUGAR) that has no after taste and is great for baking.
Almond milk gives it a richer flavor. Delish

I pureed steamed zuchinni and "hid" it in this recipe. Hubby and the kids love this recipe and they have no clue that zuchinni is in there. You can also add puree carrots ( I would cut the sugar to 2 tbsp if you decide to add carrots)

Just thought I would try to make my signature french toast recipe using almond milk since on the carton it says that is only 60 calories per serving (less than skim milk) But you can substitute the almond milk for the skim. I also thought the light almond flavor could do nothing except enhance the flavor of the french toast. Came out very tasty and even fooled my husband who is a whole milk kinda guy:)
This sausage has no sodium nitrate or msg because it is homemade. I cook all the sausage and if any is remaining I place in an airtight container and place them in the fridge and take them out as needed...My very own Jimmy Dean sausage! You can also make small balls of sausage or take a cooked patty and crumble it on top of your homemade pizza or use the patty for a sausage egg mcmuffin sandwich. Very delicious. You won't be disappointed

VERY EASY, VERY DELICIOUS, LOW IN CALORIES, AND VERY VERSATILE. I ADD EGG NOODLES TO THIS RECIPE TO MAKE CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS, OR USE IT AT A GRAVY FOR MY RICE/MASHED POTATOES....WHAT MORE COULD YOU WANT:)
This cake is soooo delicious I found myself eating some for breakfast. The recipe is from Simply Recipes but I modified it could be "CLEANER." I do have some white sugar in there but you can opt not to have it and substitute by doubling up the brown sugar or using maple syrup, sucanat, or honey its up to you. Next time I will add flaxseed to the recipe.
My cheeseburger recipe is a hit with family member and friends. All the flavor without the guilt. You can also add a few strips of turkey bacon it you really want to live on the WILD SIDE:) The nutritional information is based on the actual cheeseburger not the bun or condiments.
