Frittata- Turkey Sausage, Cheese, Peppers, and Onions

It's basically an egg-bake. This is very easy and can bake it earlier in the week and then eat at any meal. Traditional frittata's are made with creams and high fat content. However, by nixing the cream and switching to egg substitute- it becomes very diet/healthy friendly!

Trader Joe's Chili Pie

I tried this at trader joe's once and was impressed! It is very good. For my diet it is high in calories but I will have a square for a "cheat meal." It satifies the craving for chili and cornbread without going over the top. You can take only 1/2 cup of cheese for lesser fat and calories. This is perfect for a cold day! If anybody figures out how to make a lighter version of this- please let me know!
