Very easy but tasty meal.
You can make this very mild or very spicy depending on how many jalapenos you want to add. You can also add additional vegetables of your choosing.
Suggested addditions: mushrooms, zucchini.
Yummy, easy, one dish dinner. Goes well with sauteed asparagus, or a simple green salad.
Change up the fresh veggies to suit your taste.
Adjust chili powder and jalapenos for your desired spice level.
