Taken from Summer Sanders, Raw and Radiant. I used fresh rosemary (rather than sage) and cilantro (rather than parsley). Sliced sweet potato with cashew filling and an olive oil based sauce. I use organic veggies when available and other products with whole ingredients and no added sugar.
This raw soup turned out really good and should keep us full.
