If you love Chicken Condon Bleu, then you might want to try this one. This recipe actually makes two servings, but one serving is 1/2 chicken breast.
I put ketchup on my ketchup (at least that's what I read on a t-shirt in Myrtle Beach last weekend). If you are having a tough time finding a substitute, try this one out.
This is another one of those NON-recipes. You put some stuff together and toast it. Still, it is good in a hurry and the sodium/caloris are decent.
This one is pretty hot. If you're not into hot stuff, don't try this.
Most people wont get past the first serving!
Either as a snack or a meal, this is guaranteed to satisfy!
Sodium is in check and calories are decent.
This is listed as a recipe, but I consider it more of a food grouping. It has the prep time of a PBJ sandwich and the cook time of toast. Its quick and easy, but not really a recipe.
I make this sauce for my own spaghetti. Pair this up with whole wheat pasta and you're good to go!

Big E's Tasty Low Sodium Choices I think many people underestimate the importance of lower sodium intake. I will be (from time to time) adding recipes to this cookbook that will (hopefully) be tasting and healthy. If you like 'em, please let me know! :-) |
Just Decent Food Theses aren't the lowest in sodium, but they are better than most. |
