Healthy Carrot Muffins

Substitute fat with canola oil and homemade applesauce. Tastes great! From healthy appetite TV show.


Dehusk beans, puree in blender (NOT food processor) until paste is smooth. Mixed with chilli pepper and tomato paste, add other ingredients, add water until consitency is similar to that of pancakes. Then add oil. Line foil with plastic wrap and then add onto foil and stem in steamber basket for 20mins.
