Recipe adapted from Prevention "Pumpkin Waffles." I used pureed banana instead of pumpkin, quartered the recipe, and used half white/half whole wheat flour. They turned out yummy!
Adapted from a recipe by Dole using pineapple slices. I didn't have a can opener (long story as to why), so I substituted applesauce. Turned out great
The original of this recipe includes chicken broth and chicken meat. I was making this recipe to please some vegetarian friends, so made a few adjustments and it still turned out delish! No chicken broth or chicken meat was used in the making of this soup. Chicken flavored soup base, however, was...
Also, I subsituted ground cayenne pepper for the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, and 1% milk for the soy milk.
Similar to Sparkpeople recipe, but using dry seasonings and extra beans.
Recipe is adapted from Deceptively Delicious by Jessica Seinfeld.
Recipe from Rachel Ray 30 Minute Meals. Foodnetwork.com states: "This recipe is so versatile: serve chicken hot and pair with pasta salad. Hot, they're good as is with a simple mixed green salad."
I served them with Garlic and Rosemary Mashed Potatoes and mixed vegetables. I made this recipe for a girls night with some friends and it was a big hit!
This recipe comes from the blog Peas and Thank You by Sarah Matheny. I made a coupld of changes based on what I had in my pantry, however the recipe is much the same. I love pop tarts, but hate that I don't get much nutrition other than carbs and sugar from eating them. These are some pop tarts that I can feel better about eating!

I serve this with Chicken Thighs Breaded w/Crispy Fried Onions and it is a great combo!
Simple and tasty side dish. I like to serve this with Baked and Breaded Italian Chicken Breasts.
Simple and tasty baked chicken recipe!
I found this recipe on allrecipes.com... I substituted light Miracle Whip for regular mayonnaise, which along with ketchup and other seasonings gave this a nice tangy flavor... Excellent cheap meal!
I love this recipe because it is very versatile. You can use it in taco shells (soft or crispy), a top a salad, or along side some rice. It is delicious and really doesn't need cheese, salsa, or sour cream, but these can be added if you choose! I adapted this from the Better Homes and Gardens Meatless Tacos recipe.
Adding 1 Tbsp of Fat Free Hazelnut coffee creamer makes this an extra special treat in the AM!
Fresh strawberries, 1/2 a banana, vanilla yogurt blended with some ice... delicious!
This is a very basic tuna salad recipe that I learned while working in the industrial cafeteria at my university's student union. I always loved their tuna salad and found out that the secret is lemon juice (about 1 tbsp... I put 2 fl. oz.'s in the ingredients, but didn't know how to translate that it's really about 1 tbsp or less) and a dash of pepper (season to taste). It's not really going to re-create tuna salad, but if your's seems to be missing something this recipe is worth a try!
Tastes great and easy to make!
Adds a nice treat to my morning coffee. I generally use decaf coffee because caffeine makes me a little jittery, but I use regular on the weekends and they both taste delicious and yummy!
Delicious and reasonably healthy treat for Saturday or Sunday mornings. Excellent with pancake syrup, powdered sugar, or plain!
Serve this irresistible vegetable side dish along with your favorite traditional roasted chicken, ham, or turke at your holiday get-together!
Fluffy scrambled eggs- these are excellent with salt and pepper, or topped with Frank's red hot sauce.
To make this cake extra special for fall or Halloween, you can add red and yellow food coloring to the frosting, use a green ice cream cone for the stem to make it look like a pumpkin.
This recipe came out of a magazine. My mom made it for me on my birthday and it blows shake 'n' bake away!! So yummy!
Delicious and Filling option for lunch on the go!
