Not extremely healthy but really tasty
Easy, fast and OH so good. Use your favorite bbq sauce to make it just how you like it.
This is one of those dishes that gets better over time, so it can be made a day or two ahead and refrigerated until ready to serve. It also freezes very well. Serve it with chopped cilantro, grated cheddar cheese, sour cream and hot pepper sauce.
Our oven is a little off so time may be different.
Prepared with 3 tbl Non Fat Milk and 3 tbl Brummel & Brown Natural Yogurt
