Exactly what it sounds like! No breading, as healthy as it gets!
This is a modified version of a recipe from the popular "Pioneer Girl" blog. Originally, she recommended use of 1.5 cups of half and half. However, to save fat and make it dairy-free, I have substituted it with rice milk to give it creaminess. Enjoy!
