Note: calories calculated based on 1 cup bread crumbs, since there is always about 0.5 cup left over.
This is a great sauce for fish. It is high on the fat side, due to the olive oil, but a tablespoon is more than plenty. I generally go with less than a serving since a little goes a long way.
Lighter version of the popular spread.
I adapted this recipe from a higher-fat version. The original calls for crème fraîche, canola oil and white wine where the sour cream, cooking spray, and chicken broth are in this version.
