My grab and go drinkable meal to start my day off right.
I work midnight shift and to eat healthy takes pre-planning. I cook this up, and measure out in 8 ounce containers. I get 7 to 8 breakfasts out of this one. Eaten cold with a splash of skim or almond milk.
Great recipe for busy weekends. Leftovers taste even better!!
